Refund Policy

Last reviewed: 12 September 2026

This policy explains how refunds work for Mai Studies memberships and individual programme fees. Mai Studies is operated by Super Digital Solutions Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 13729494. Orders are processed by our online reseller Stripe.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries and returns. Please read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both membership subscriptions and one-off programme fees.

For recurring memberships, the guarantee applies to your initial purchase. You can cancel a membership at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, reply to your Stripe payment receipt or contact us with the email address used at checkout and the order reference shown on that receipt.

You can also contact us through the Mai Studies online enquiry form or our student support page, and we will pass your request to Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. After the 30-day period

Beyond 30 days we will still consider refund requests fairly, for example where a programme was withdrawn, where a technical fault prevented access and we could not resolve it, or where a duplicate or mistaken charge was taken. Contact us and we will review your request with Stripe.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights you may have as a consumer under UK or EU law.

4. Certificates and completed programmes

Where a completion certificate has already been issued for a paid programme, a refund of that programme fee will withdraw the certificate and its verification record, since certificates are issued only when programme dues are settled. We will tell you before this happens.

5. Fraudulent or abusive use

We may decline a refund where we find evidence of fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, bulk downloading or redistribution of course content, or other serious breach of our Terms of Service. Any such decision is made case by case and explained to you.

6. Our payment provider's own policy

As Merchant of Record, Stripe also applies its own refund policy and consumer terms to all orders.
